Trattoria San Telmo

We found this place because the restaurant we wanted to go to was closed and this one was nearby. We were pleasantly surprised by the authentic Veronese food. We ordered the Carpaccio antipasti. It was extremely fresh and delicious. Then we had gnocchi with beef ragu sauce. It was one of the best gnocchi we've had. Light, fluffy and the sauce went well. There was also extremely good olive oil on the table which enhanced everything! For our secondi we were surprised with a beef cutlet. The menu was in Italian and neither of us can speak Italian and the waiter also couldn't speak english so, we just sorted pointed to something. The T-bone steak was done medium and very tender and juicy. I would recommend the restaurant if you are in the area. It's definitely delicious and the priced appropriately.

Amazing!!! The food was delicious, the place is very clean and inviting. The manager/waiter/chef was very nice. We ate 4 great dishes. The price was more than fair. Highly recommend!
